Our model project. A luxury hillside residence where the architecture, structure, and building systems were all engineered under one roof, so nothing was lost between disciplines.
Long clear spans and a stepped hillside foundation let the living spaces open completely to the view while meeting seismic demands. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing routes were coordinated in the model before construction documents were issued.
The set cleared plan-check and the home was built without a single structural revision request.
